That's All

"That's All"

It's a wonderful song.  It speaks of a love that lasts forever, a promise to be near with a call, and a hand to hold when leaves begin to fall.  It promises all these (and then some) in return for adoration for now and ever more.

Everyone dreams of love like that at one time or another. They also wish for it, angle for it, scheme for it, and pray for it.  But everyone who knows about genuine love knows exactly how to have and live it.  And it's not through any of the things I just mentioned.

I believe I have all the love that I need and want.  Sometimes I feel I have been given more than what I probably deserve in this department.  I am surrounded by people who watch out for me.  I am cared for by people who want what's good for me.  I think I have some true friends who will stab me in the front (because that's what true friends do).

The top reason beating all of that is the fact I have a family who will always be the hand to hold when leaves begin to fall.

But the biggest reason why I know I have all the love I will ever want is my wife, Mia.  She is the person who has given me wings to fly and keeps them flapping through stormy weather.  How?  She says it's me she'll adore, for now and ever more.

It all boils down to that - reciprocating love with each other.  Once you find someone where you have that, you've found him/her.  Because after everything has come and gone, "That's All" you'll ever need.

More specifically, welcome to MyBETLogs.

What's with the name? I dunno. It entered my mind and got stuck there.
I'm going to get flak from some people I know.  I'm sure to get some laughs. Maybe some "ooohhs" and "aaahhs" for what seems like a "serious and deep" acronym.  In the end, it will just be memorable.  Let's hope it's because of something good about the blog.

So enjoy your visits here.  I won't promise great things.  Who am I to ensure that?  I can, however, predict some flashes of brilliance.  Everybody has flashes of brilliance, albeit in different forms.

Try to find out what form your brilliance takes.  Once you learn it, it will bring you to the first of many and the beginning of much.
